The Chamber advertises for the community and Chamber members in several publications each year including the Camden News Progress Edition, the Arkansas’ South Tourism publication and other special area publications.  (Started in 1927)

Annual Banquet & Meeting

Each year the Chamber hosts an annual banquet which features a review of the year, introduction of the new board members and officers, entertainment and a motivational speaker. (Started in 1924)

Chamber Newsletter

Each month the Chamber office produces a newsletter which covers the highlights of the upcoming month’s activities.  Included in the newsletter is information on community activities and upcoming events as well as information on throughout Ouachita and Calhoun Counties. (Started in 1940’s)

Maps

The Chamber prints a map for use through the office and member businesses.  All of the money generated from map sales stays in the local economy with printing and sales produced locally.  Visitors and newcomers who request maps receive them free through the office.  The Chamber distributes 2500-3000 maps per year. (Started in 1950’s)

Visitor/Information Packets

The Chamber sends detailed information to visitors or newcomers who make a request through the office or to industries who request packets for new employees.  The Chamber has produced a four-color information magazine (Started in 2001) which highlights the area, as well as member businesses, which has been a goal for many years. (Started in 1920’s)
